This was good
I have to say you really fleshed Maggie out here. For me it gives her some balance and shows why she's the way she is.

Where do you go now?
I just love this series. The characters are so real, so multi-dimensional, and this is a very key story in the series, because we finally get a look at the legendary Maggie, whom TT credits with keeping a fire lit under his ass to work when he'd rather be playing Mickey Spillane. I do have one question. In the last episode, you had Bruno leaving TT a cryptic phone message with the clear hint that Maggie's ex was back trying to create more mischief. I was hoping to see the plot sequence resolved with Maggie's story. Can we trust that that is coming up soon? You don't want to keep your fans in too much suspense. At any rate, you can keep these stories coming from now until the Second Coming. Kudos.
Better and better
Each story in this series just makes the whole thing better. I love the characters and storyline, it just works! As long as you are having fun writing these, I promise to have fun reading them. As for Jack Straws comment about not leaving us in suspense for too long, to keep things in the vein of the Hammer/Spillane theme, there has to be a certain level of suspense and it should be milked for awhile. Thanks!
Great ending
but a bad start for Maggie. At times the stars all align properly and they did for Maggie. Her romance seemed a little whirlwind but good enough; the ending too happy to worry about that!

I've really enjoy reading about TT and his crew. My only quibble is that this story isn't Humor and Satire, maybe Non-Erotic or Romance.
