First time posting is not first time writing
Sometimes people make the mistake of assuming that a first posting is a rookie writer's initial attempt at putting pen to paper and "encourage" the aspiring scribe to endeavor to persevere. Marsh Alien has posted on another story site (8 stories including this one) since September and all are well-crafted, enjoayble reads.

... no, on second thought, I'm in love! What a fabulous character. I don't often like stories as sweet as this one; they can so easily be cloying or maudlin. This one isn't. It's so well written; the dialog is smooth and natural; the story is infused with humor, and there was just enough sex to keep it hot. A fine piece of work, written with a light, deft touch. I love it.

What a wonderful, wonderful story. I've read tons of romance novels, and I don't think I've ever come across one that surpasses this one for content. Knowing that you are, *gasp*, a man, makes this tale even better. Phenomenal! I found myself wishing it were longer, but I don't think it's necessary. Wow.

Loved the story. Just wished it didn't end quite so quickly. I'd like our main characters to go through a little more effort before they reached the proposal. OR how about some storms coming after the proposal?
