Why doesn't Steff tell Saul that she is really a guy or a she-male and not really a woman. That would have ended Steff being used for the debt. It would be better for Vito and his men to find out before having sex with them. If they find out later on, he would be dead for sure. They would not kill him if he was honest with them in the beginning. They would go after Sarah for being dishonest with them and unreliable for the money.
