I like any story that has boots in it. I prefer my girls to be of legal age, but if they wear boots, I have no control. If he won't get back with this girl, he should go back to the bar.

Really like the way you write. Economy of words and action, but easy to read and satisfying. A beginning, middle, and end, with nothing left hanging. Things mentioned early are relevant later, e.g., the old gay guy, his Wild Turkey, the olive oil, her boots, her egotism, her being a track star. Everything fits perfectly, but the story's still remarkably credible. Outstanding. Please write more like this one.
