Cool story with a bad ending. No one would require wekly follow up exams because you won't change all that much in a week; I would say that the minimum period for a full physical is 3 months and that is probably pushing it. The sucking and licking was a good touch but I think you could have made it more clinical and less about arousal (since it's about medical and proffessionals)

I love reading medical fettish, but this felt too warm and intimate as apposed to cold and clinical. Still good so carry on and write more ;)
