No plot, no character development, poor grammar, confusing writing and it's a gay story not a Loving Couples story. The miscarriage is a side thing.

This is not a very good story. The grammar and spelling is horrible. You need to get an editor. The story itself isn't bad but you need to figure out what the story is about. Is it about their impregnation fetish? Is it her crazy sex drive? You jump around too much.
