OH GLYNNDAH!

I don't know whether to laugh or puke! As my WV ancestors would say, though (or might well have, on such an occasion): why not both?? Wonderful, very silly, and amazing that anyone would do these things on purpose. :D

Art imitates life?

Living in Hawaii for years often went to pig farm and picked up pigs ready to put on spit. Now live in Mexico and have very large "Carnitas" stand nearby. Have observed the cook shaving pig carcuss to get last of hair off. They keep 15 - 20 employees very busy, cooking the pig in vats of lard, chopping up tomatoes and cilantro, mixing dough and making tortillas, chopping cooked meat (sold by kilo), making tacos, tortas, etc., and packing bulk carnitas for people to take home. So it is very easy for me to relate to this srory. Excellent, laughed hard, and had many images, going thru my head. Please write more stories like this. You have fantastic sence of humor and are very observent.

extremes!

Great laugh. I went from laughing to feeling sick. Redneck humor at it's finest! The beer cans on the picnic table were the kicker!

Ahh, those foxfire days!

That is a great little anecdote, and my mouth is watering. (like those college kids, I don't worry too much about being finicky)
