I must admit
It's very interesting, seeing so many excellent writers cover the same theme. I hope it is enjoyable for you writers -- it certainly is for us readers!
Techsan, and well up to your usual fine standards. it is amazing how many variations there are to a common theme, and all seem to be well received. Thank You. Ronnie W.
The descriptions were good, I thought.. I missed their being together except for dinners.. The thing that gets me about this story... how many men love a woman more than life?? If I knew it would kill me I think I could put things off for a day or two.. I really don't see him being in a "Wanted-- Dead or Alive" situation for a fair fight.. He might not be a favorite person in town but it's a bit much to be shot down; but that's the story and the song.. Another good read!
Crying for a sequel!
So what happens to Faleena and her son?
I loved he first part of this - the description of the country was almost lyrical.
Great job!
