This story is very well written and seems as if it could have really happened. It was sexy and exciting while also being sweet and innocent. That is a difficult combination but this story pulls it off.
Something we can all identify with, I'm sure. I always hoped for sexually active neighbors when I lived in an apartment. It always provided some enjoyable voeurism and some real life inspiration.
