Jake, if'n ah dinn't know bettah, I'd sway-ah yew dun growed up out there by the paw-paw patch somewhay-ah butween Macon and Kosciusko. or maybe Tuscalooosa and Demopolis. Great stuff!
Jake, this was yet another charming little tale leading up to what may be a happy ending. After Johnnie is 'let off with a warning and bound over to good behaviour' they may able to live happily ever after! Pete.
Maybe Johnnie could claim entrapment?? Very good, humorous story!
A bit different from your usual fare but still entertaining. Always glad to see one of your stories appear. I always know a good read is ahead.
