Good
This feels quite personal. The metaphor, which can often be quite cliched, has been handled well. Concise and well thought out. Mentioned in today's new poem reviews.
A very apt title..
In the depths of your very touching poem, I feel that there maybe irreconcilable differences. Possibly where lovers either married or not have slowly become incompatible and for both their sakes, its time to move on. Very nicely done, thanks.
This talks to me
Of all those we have had to leave behind for one reason or another. Sometimes you wonder where they are and what they are doing and do they still remember the good times that once were.

A special resonance for me in your words as I approach the 10th anniversary of my divorce {it took me that long to recover!}.

Very strong. It is those 'million minute irratations' that shred relationships.
I Missed too much....
in my absence.
Excellent poem, Tess. I especially admire your line breaks and word choices in this one and the content, excellent in expression.
enjoyed the read, very much :)
