That was...horrifying. Truly. Look, I'm not dissing you or what turns you on (same goes to anyone else, whatever gets you off), but my God, you're a monster. Not even in the sense that you committed some heinous crime against that girl, but in the sense that you didn't seem to react in any reasonable way to it. What confused me the most was the fact that, in almost every paragraph, you pinpointed and emphasized a piece of evidence that screamed out "She enjoyed him more than you!", as if you were aware of the fact, but by the end of it you're talking about being left in the dark and not knowing why you felt a moment of jealousy, and only realising after the experience that you wouldn't do it again in a serious relationship. You really needed to test it out to know that? I can respect that he was your best friend, but I can tell you right now (not only from second-hand experience, but from common sense) that he meant it when he said he was a "real man". He didn't care about sparing your feelings, but thank God she did. She sounds like a nice girl, but even if she claimed she didn't want to talk about it afterwards (and even if that was normal for her), I promise you that's a woman's way of saying "he was better than you". Why would you subject yourself to that kind of self-imposed abuse? Don't think for a second that they weren't sneaking around behind your back for the rest of that "relationship". Please, PLEASE, open your eyes.

Hey, if it's not actually true, then you're right, making me react the way I did is the truest sign of a good author. I was raised to assume people are telling the truth, though, before seeking evidence that they're lying. My point is, the first line of the story says it really happened to him, so I'm inclined to believe him when he says that. If it really happened, he needs to stop being ignorant of the world. If it didn't, well then, good read.

To answer your question...

I'm female and into the kinkier side of things, and a lot of times, hearing something that shocks me (or just hearing something extra dirty) is what pushes me over the edge. I can easily imagine that being the case for her. As for the subconscious thoughts about him being fitter, I'm no psychologist, but I doubt it. I come hardest when it's in response to something new or out of the ordinary.

And her not being very willing to talk about it afterwards...I don't blame her. I've done nearly everything imaginable in bed, and it's still hard to talk face-to-face about sex.
