Me Like.

I finally couldn't figure out what "gossamer strands" were, but it finally didn't matter. Everything else fit in nicely and made sense. The language was fresh, the rhythm fluid and interesting. The meter seemed to oscillate between hexameter and pentameter randomly, but I had the feeling you knew what you were doing. This powerful little poem had a Whitmanesque quality about it, even while employing rhyme and near-rhyme. Thanks for the pleasure.
