Sound, sense, and surprise...
There's a lot I liked here. I especially liked "blueberry sky," and I smiled at the jarring juxtaposition of "...good morning!/ Sleep well." The alliteration is interesting, too, with a predominance of sibilants helping to create the slightly somnambulent, susurrous tone.
Hats off to a poet and to a commenter!
First of course to the poet; what a smiling and dreamy poem! And who -let me repeat myself who could describe the physical attributes of the language better than foehn2 (is there a foehn1?). Take this wonderful comment which could have won a prize in and of itself for scientific and artistic accuracy: "The alliteration is interesting, too, with a predominance of sibilants helping to create the slightly somnambulent, susurrous tone". I have not heard such a sentence for who knows how long! Kidding aside, once I looked some of the word up, it definitely describes the sound/meaning quality of the words in the poem very succinctly. So thank you both for the pleasure.
