You Really Can Do Better
I mean, you get your protagonist in some interesting situations, but the sex scenes are all cut and paste
Put as much imagination into them as you do the plot, and this would be soooo much better

Too much, too soon.
He goes from being a 20 year veteran of the monogamy wars to Casanova Cockmaster, scourge of the pretty panties in the blink of an eye? Too far for proper suspension of disbelief for my taste, even though I'd love to shag 70 to 80 % of the women I deal with, same as him. That's the trouble with male erotic writers, all their women think with balls not boobs, thus they are (un)naturally so easy it's just weird.
Do you have a reunion (though I prefer to call it wasted years) romance fetish? Because from submission list I see that you also wrote another story about reunion. I bet the other couple also split when the girl is still virgin.
