Uhhhmm, well.............

<p>Sorry I missed your first story, but normally I don't send comments to authors, so can't complain about not having input on this story. But it has some problems none the less</p>

<p>The premise that I got from the story was the wife was on the verge of cheating, and you asked the readers what would they do. But when you put a story like this in the "Loving Wives" catagory, you can't tell me you don't know already what the readers are expecting (^_^)</p>

<p>But the major problem I had with this story was this, the wife already crossed the line. I can't tell you how many times I've heard growing up of someone giving out hand jobs, blowjobs, or making out with someone and the first thing I hear is "Since we didn't have actual sex (read meaning vaginal <i>intercourse</i>) we weren't cheating. No harm no foul.</p>

<p>But lets be honest here a second, that is still cheating. Cheating, as defined by most people, as seeking any form of gratification from any one else <i>"other</i> than your significant other. Some people feel closeness from from just holding hands, others from making out, still others only from sex. But in this story it suggest that the wife just stopped herself from giving Carl oral sex <i>just <b>barely</b></i> and because she didn't complete the act she didn't really do anything wrong, other than betraying the trust her husband put in her not to cross the line while modeling.</p>

<p>But this "clarity" only happened <i><b>after</b></i> she and Carl sat and "made out" for awhile, after promising her husband no "pornographic" style pictures she poses for Carl so (just after he almost brought her to orgasm) that he can take a couple of pictures <i>"just for his <b>private</b> collection"</i> of her topless with her panties pulled down to her stockings and garters, after he was fingering her, after she pulled him out of his pants and started stroking him off, after they got on the bed, after she got over the top of Carl, after Carl ran his tongue over her sex, and only then when she looked at a picture of her son did she come to her senses. Not when she thought about her husband, but after she thought about her son, and that was only as she was just going down on Carl.</p>

<p>At what point in what I just suggested above did she <i>almost</i> cheat. At one point did she just barely <i>save</i> herself from cheating on her husband. If your really honest with yourself (I mean the reader) she didn't "almost" save herself. Was was cheating on her husband. Cheating on someone isn't just a single act of vaginal sex. It's made up of lots of different things. But its suggested in this story, to make it a happy ending that because they didn't have vaginal sex it all worked out. What about her making out with another man (her old boyfriend), with him with his fingers in her, her stroking him on a couch, and him taking "private" pornographic pictures of her in a lustful state to stroke off to later with? Why is not of that factored into the "almost cheating" equation? </p>

<p>And having the husband wanting to make up with her so bad that, the morning after her confession, he brings her breakfast in bed, tells her he doesn't know of any other way to show how much he loves her, and wants to show he has no hard feelings. That whole interchange made him look wimpish and weak, and totally without self respect. And having him ask "If conditions were right, would you like to get it on with him?" made him seem to me so desperate to keep her that he was willing to put up with cheating if she would stay with him. It may not be what you intended, but thats what I took away from that line and their whole exchange over her crossing their agreed upon boundries and cheating on him.</p>

<p>The only thing this story didn't have was her completing the trifecta of having vaginal sex, and then her going home and somehow convincing her husband, that after doing all of what she did, this all some how would make their marriage better and stronger, and amazingly her husband agreeing with her. I mean thats really what happened. She cheated on her husband with her ex-lover, and now the story suggest that afterwards she decided to rededicated herself to her husband and the marriage grew from this.</p>

<p>Oh, but that was only after the only person who was truely to <b>blame</b> in all of this, her ex Carl, got what he deserved by losing everything like his job and his wife, after being sued that is. But somehow she was blameless and a victim?? Not in my book, but she lost nothing and he lost it all. I get so tired of stories that want an happy ending so bad they blame the other man and try to make out that his very <b><i>willing</i></b> partner at the time, now was some how tricked into what they did and are some how made a victim because of her remorse after the fact. Not very fair if you ask me.</p>

<p>You really write well, and it a good story tha flows well, but there is an old saying that goes "Real 'trust' is something that takes years to build, but only suspicion not proof to destroy". The wife from your story already had a job that the husband just (according to the story) would only accept her doing with given boundries put in place she agreed to. The wife crossed almost all of them, save one, and somehow not crossing that one is all it takes to make a good happy ending story? No for me. But I'm waiting to see what your next story. (^_^) But please don't take my critism entirely negative.</p>

This is a Joke right?

Let me see If I have this right...

<br></br>

<i>Cary was sitting looking at me but doing nothing to comfort me. <b>The look on his face told me that I had really hurt him, hurt him deep.</b> But, worst of all, his face had an expression I had never seen before and I was thinking, 'I've done it. Though I didn't consummate the act, I might just as well have. He isn't going to be able to trust me anymore and I have killed his love. We're not going to survive my stupidity.'</i>

<br></br>

Ok that that was well done. Now here is the Husband/s response... remember this is a Man who is supposedly DEEEEEEPLY hurt....

<br></br>

<i> nodded and he got up, came to me, and put his arm around my shoulder. He kissed me lightly on the forehead as he handed me a fresh tissue and said, "Why would I want you to leave? I love you and if what you told me is all that has happened; I'm sorry it happened, but I'm relieved that it stopped where it did. Honey, I love you and I love you even more for having the courage to tell me the story.....</i>

<br></br>

ok now at this point Most of you like me... are laughing their ass off. THAT is the conversation / reaction of a deeply hurt husband???

<br></br>

<i> Now I do have a big question. Would you mind if I asked it?

<br></br>

I told him that I loved him too. I repeated that I was sorry, and I told him I would answer anything he asked.

<br></br>

"Ok, here it comes and I'm going to be blunt. If conditions were right, would you like to get it on with him?</i>

<br></br>

HUH? does anyone have any idea what this author is trying to do with this story ??? has the Husband become JUSY PLAIN BOB??

stupid comments?

i have no idea how that could be! the story is obviously stupid; praising it won't change any thing. <p>

now, on the just plain bob thing: no one could or should be like that man. that man shoots for the lowest scores, not the highest; 'tis what readers don't understand! they think giving him low's upset that man! no! for it that were so --- that is, that he don't care about score, first of all, he would have turned off all those rating nonsense; but more importantly, if he truly don't care about what readers say, what OTHERS say, about his writings/creations, he would NEVER to even post them in the first place! <p>

no, you have to understand: such writers are the neediest of all! but they crave the opposite of what most other writers crave: the basest "reviews", the lowest the scores, the more frantically they continue to produce such nonsense, which amount to no more than: <p>

"one day, I came home early and I was surprised. My wife was fucking some big man in our bed! I said, 'What do you think you are doing, honey?' She said, 'What the fuck do you think I was doing? Fucking, you fuckin' idiot!' And, so, I said, 'Oh, is that what it was? With a stranger?' And, so, she said, "Yeah, you stupid! Your prefer me fucking your dad or something?' So I said, with a shrug, 'Okay, whatever makes you happy; it also makes me happy!' And then I said, 'Can I taste you'? And she's like, 'What? You are homosexual or something?' And I was, like, 'No! Bitch, err, I mean, no honey, I just want to see what another man, no, I mean, I just want to see how YOU taste like, after such a work out, 'tis all, honey.' She gave me a strange look, but opened her thighs...'" <p>

yeah, such stories are incredibly erotic, sure! deep, too, yes! and if any one is critical of they, just say, "Stupid! this is a porn site, okay?"! Actually, the funniest comments from such "writers" is: You are jealous of me, of us writers, because you can't write any thing! LOL

Just fine...

Despite some of the comments, the story was just fine. Can someone make, or almost make, a mistake, recover their moral compass and get back on track? Of course. Can we be misled in the wrong direction by our need to have our ego's stroked, or by desires to relive some past that never existed? This story addresses those kinds of issues, and one would suspect that the main character (male or female) who had gone through an experience like this would be doubly immune to being caught up in a similar fashion a second time.

Almost!

I have to agree with Risq that Shelly cheated on Cary. After all she had the same type of action with Carl when she was engaged. The point is not whether they had anal or vaginal sex - she gave Carl an intimacy reserved for Cary.

This story touched on some real-like issues like unfulfilled fantasies and what-if life choices. The ending was the sour note not because of the fact that Shelly and Cary got past her infidelity but the casual way it was dispositioned. Cary and Shelly talked about the Carl situation twice and still she zoned out and became a slut for Carl. Suppose the babysitter had dropped Tommy off at the sudio while she and Carl were into it hot and heavy? That would have ended things as effectively as the picture of Tommy. Then there was the fact that Shelly did not mind the pictures so much as they were breaking the "moment" of her sexual lust for Carl. Bottom Line: The makeup after Shelly's betrayal was too short and not credible.

zed0zed0over 16 years ago
Wimp!

The only reason she didn't go "all the way" was because Carl ruined the moment. She still cheated in mind and body. Whether it was his fingers or dick, she was still giving it up to another guy. Carey was even too much of a wimp to go an kick Carl's ass, no wonder she (finger) fucked around on him.

gatorhermitgatorhermitover 16 years ago
Logical and Well-written Ending

Shelly was correct - Carl wanted a piece of ass and that is all she was to him. I liked the way she came to her senses and threw her shoe. Who among us has not wondered what it would be like to be with a former lover? Yeah, Shelly screwed up but she corrected it and got her priorities straightened out. I agree with Cary's thinking and his actions, and knocking Shelly up immediately would be a good way to regain some of the trust.

Not quite right!

Okay I forgot exactly what ending I wanted but dont think it was this one and although I'm a sucker for happy endings this did have one but I cant help thinking that the wife if she had any intelegence then she would have told Carl to sling his hook long before any touching got involved but the question is as human beings we are controlled by emotions and I'm glad to see that the wife finally saw sense and stopped what was happening but I still think that her husband forgave her too quickly but thats just my opinion. The other question that has to be asked is why didn't the husband find Carl and at the very least break his kneecap just to make sure he got the message.Having

said all this in SOME circumstances a slip by a partner can lead to a better realationship and in many real life stories marriages DO get better and I would hope that this is the case here because yes the wife crossed the line at least she can spend the rest of her life making it up to him.

Apart from that the story was ok but as I'm trying to get my first story printed but haven't yet I can only say it was a good enough read as a reader.

Risq_001Risq_001over 16 years ago
BLBones, I'd like to just say one more thing.....

<p>...if I could</p>

<p>A lot of folks keep saying, "she didn't really make a mistake...", or "...she found her moral compass before...", or etc. But the fact of the real matter is, in the story, she didn't find anything because she did some "cheating lite" (which was less filling), than went the whole nine yards and have the wild sex her mind told her for years she missed out on with Carl.</p>

<p>I talked with a Cop friend of mine once, because my wife works at a bank, and you know what I found intresting? If someone armed with a gun, walks into a bank, hands a teller a note saying "Give me all the money in your drawer because I have a gun", but at the last minute before she hands over the money goes "Naa, I've changed my mind, I don't want to go to jail lets pretend this never happened", you know what happens? Depends on your state. Either you go to jail for "attempted armed robery" or you still go down for "armed robbery". Doesn't matter if you change you mind or not before you get the money. Just starting the act of robbing some one is enough to make you guilty of "intent". And the basic fact is, you are still going to be charged with a crime of some form of robbery based on your intent.</p>

<p>That's really what amazes me in some of the comments. And I hate to say it, but in a crazed lust for a happy ending, a lot of folks are discounting her "cheating" as an almost close call. It wasn't. This story was cheating plain and simple. And Sleepless had it right, Carl didn't <b><i>force</i></b> her to do anything. She, in her lust crazed mind, with years of "how it could have been" thinking, did it <i><b>with</b></i> him. She wasn't forced, coerced, blackmailed, drugged, or tricked in to doing what she did. She, according to the story, <i><b>willingly</b></i> cheated on her husband with an ex-boyfriend.</p>

<p>The other half of the coin, that I still confused on when I read some reader comments, is the "Carl must pay, but the story needs "Shelly" to be forgiven quickly or its not a happy ending story" path. Why? Why does the forgiveness train get to pull out of the station for Shelly, but Carl needed to have his knee's broken? Lets say this was a strange guy she picked up in a bar and knows nothing about her, her husband, or her child, does he get his knee's broken because he was "just supposed to know somehow?" I didn't read anything that said Carl and Cary were best friends, so why does Carl need punishment? To the best of my knowledge she gave him the impression, right up till she was breathing hot and heave on his "Johnson", that she was going to have sex with him. Then "Wham" she decides not too, because Carl has no idea what was going through her mind, and this is where the story carried through well, Carl true to character tries to convince her to finish. Yep thats not in character. A man almost gets sex and tries to keep the woman interested. And for that he needs to get his knee's capped? That makes no sense at all. Because he desired her, and she gave him the buying signals, that now he's trash and she's the redeemed mother of one who should be forgivnen and treated like nothing happened. *Sigh*</p>

<p>I'm still confused by all the "Good happy endings" and "Carl didn't pay enough comments".</p>

Your good ending as in the prologue is wrong.

She wanted to cheat, she intended to cheat, she was nude and involved in sexual play, she allowed nude pics to be taken of her, she was in an affair, she was very stupid. a woman who acts in this manner has already betrayed, lied to, disrespected, and cheated on her husband and her marriage. The only thing the slut didnt do was come home with a load of sperm and pregnant. A loving wife, never. A mother and role model for her child, never. And a very stupid hubby says lest go make love, not I want you to get tested for STDS and AIDS and in about a year if you check clean we can have sex or maybe kiss. Sorry you protrayed a very stupid cheating slut, nothing more, nothing less. If she had talked to the husband before hand and in full knowledge he had said go for it, them I would have said yes it was fine. Hubby how many ways can she tell you she has no emotions and feelings for you, you are her anchor, her provider, her meal ticket, and for years has been in love with a guy she didnt marry? Smell the coffee!

Story comments

My comment on the first chapter failed to address the story, and I'll rectify that now by commenting on the whole story. I was surprised to see my name mentioned in the preface to chapter 2, though.<p>First, I have to say I identified with Cary, perhaps a little too much. In the first chapter, he was described as nondescript, and Shelly wasn't attracted to him when they met at a party. I identify with the guy because I ain't anything to write home about myself and there's no way I could hook up with a gorgeous model. They fall for each other because they share common interests, not because she was attracted to him at first sight. Were I Cary, when she confessed to me my primary thought would have been "I'm her second choice and she merely settled for me because her dream man was taken". Personally, that would eat me up inside. But that is never addressed in the story, and as a result, Cary is never more than a caricature. Also, his question about whether she'd "like to get it on" with Carl came out of left field. That set the "wimp alarms" off and had me thinking he'd want to be cuckolded. But that matter is quickly dropped, and they go on to live happily ever after. The resolution is very rushed.<p>Another bone of contention is the villification of Carl. It turns out that he was a pussy hound all along, and as a result, that makes him rather two-dimensional. That led me to believe that were Carl not an asshole, they would have fucked. It takes Shelly calling a halt to things in the studio and his persistence that they continue for her to see him as a prick. That just means that if he had played it cooler, he would have gotten inside her. That's pretty precarious--if Carl were a nice guy, he'd be swimming in pussy.<p>Shelly is the most developed character. But it takes seeing a photo of her child to jar her into even considering what cheating would do to her family. She was very obsessed with her unconsummated past relationship. That alone would require a lot of counseling to work through. In the end, were I Cary, I'd be thanking my lucky stars that Carl was Shelly's only ex-fiance/boyfriend . . . hopefully.

Good, but it could have been longer

I too love happy endings and a forgiving husband or wife is what makes our world go around. Confession is good for the soul and it can make a marriage stronger if the injured party is willing to work on it.

The comments by the sickos out there who can't write their own stories but insist on basing their criticism on what direction that they think a story should go shows their frustration and impotence.

I've finally figured out where Harry in VA is - he is in a Vet hospital without any balls after having been caught in bed with the General's son.

Good Story!

This story was a nice change of pace. It was kind of refreshing that this wife had the resolve to stop what she was doing before she completely brought down her marriage. On the other hand, the husband still gave her a bit of a "free pass". She still had opened her legs for her old lover. As a result, she probably should have found herself sleeping in the spare room for while.

But it was an enjoyable read!

To Risq et al RE: almost cheating question

I, like you, had questions about how this wife could have considered what she did as almost cheating, and, after reading various other similar tales I have discovered something. For some lame ass reason if it's not Tab A in Slot B it's not really sex, it's not really cheating! Now I always considered it sex....it's called Oral SEX after all. Masturbation it's referred to as having SEX with yourself in some circles. So I would consider it sex, I would consider what she did cheating. His reaction to her cheating was weird and unrealistic. Personally I think Mr Bones was pissed off at the lackluster responses he got back from his readers and just slapped this together out of spite.

The plot left open that Carl walked off with the photos. I think she would have remembered those photos and demanded that Carl give her the roll of film so that she could destroy it.

Wonderful Story!

Okay I realize that I am late for this story but I did not start reading until this year. You picked my first preferred ending and did well with it. You could not have done much more and after reading the comments only a few realized this. I always laugh at the commenters that think even a kiss or Jimmy Carter's "lusting in my mind" is cheating! Damn, they should have been in the military, or sitting at a lounge with a group of married men. Even at the 19th hole they should listen to the married men talk about what they would like to do to certain women! I understand that women do the same as us men, maybe more so!

As I said after reading the first part...I preferred this ending but would have liked the other as well! Good job even if my comment is late...

Good, well written

I have to say I'm suprised how you resolved the story, suprised but also pleased. As most of the loving wives category involve either whimp husbands and slut wives or slut wives being hammered by revenge, its nice to read one where she came to her senses before it was to late. Of course she almost didn't, and I would have had more issues than her husband did but it all worked out for the best. Very good.

Guess you can't have a cheating wife story without a cheating wife!

Yes this happens all the time where I live. Wives go behind husband's back, get naked and do 69 with another guy. But no penetration! Hubbies take 'em right back. Hugs and kisses; don't even need to brush the lover's hairs outta their teeth hubbie is so desperate in love for them. Make love to em right away that night. Even make em breakfast in bed the next AM. Relieved and glad that they're so faithful that it only went that far. "OH Dear Wife, just forget about it; just another emotional, naked 69 slip, like the one you had last month. They mean nothing, if you say they don't." LOL. In her profession, there are many temptations but she resisted them all, even Carl. That shows strength of character and resolve, and I'll be more than interested to read more of her and her family if you ever decide to continue with a third chapter. Possibilities are endless (stillbirth, artificial insemination, Carl seeking revenge and Cary coming to the rescue, or maybe Carl manning up and seeking forgiveness from her and her husband) and I'm sure you'll know what direction take with these characters. Huh... "So, I love my husband but I've been having these dreams about gangbangs..."

"You think if I let a bunch of guys fuck me the dreams would go away...? And, of course, I'd STILL love my husband..."

Fucking WHAT!?!?

Stupid bitch... I worry about her son. If he starts dreaming (nightmares) about being attacked by wolves, will she suggest to her husband that they take their son out in the woods and leave him so the nightmares will go away...?

And if Carl hadn't screwed up by worrying about pictures, she'd have willingly fucked him. And what's with this - "I was getting hotter and climbing to the highest state of arousal that I could remember in a long time." Did she end up telling THAT to her husband...? "Hey, Carl turns me on more that my loving husband does. Oops, sorry."

Apparently, I really need to redefine what love is after reading this story.

"I can DREAM about fucking another guy, and I can INTEND to fuck another guy, and if he didn't screw up and distract me I WOULD have fucked another guy... but, gosh, I love my husband. Oh, but it wasn't thinking about my husband that stopped me - it was thinking about my son, who apparently never entered my thoughts as a reason NOT to fuck someone else until it hit me between the eyes."

The two chapters don't match

In the first chapter she came on to Carl. She asked him to finish what they started all those years ago. He said that he loved his wife and didn't want to ruin it. This chapter makes him seem like the heartless aggressor who is only after a piece of ass. It also makes her look like the innocent naive woman who almost fell into his "trap".

Great example of a soon failing marriage

My opinion and my opinion, Shelly and Carl had something special, their relationship clicked, their goals and future plans were the same. The engagement and life plans were in place, then Carl had to move for his job and his relationship with another woman which lead to a child. What a bubble burst for Shelly. Her life partner as she thought gone. Now comes Cary, she was not even interested in or gave a second look, but none the less Cary was in her life, which tells me even while dating and their marriage and birth of a son, Shelly was never into Cary, there was no same future feelings, their paths did not feel right there was no karma shared between this couple. The fact Shelly was having erotic dreams of Carl even suggests Shelly still had strong feelings for Carly even after his affair and child with another woman. Why is this? both Carl and Shelly were not married, so what rules really were broken? no matrimony rules broken so it would be very easy to forgive. Now with Ch2 things are now different, Carl is married, his wife was in an accident, bed ridden and now with children, Shelly too is married with a son and Cary a loving husband. Why did she wake up and push away from Carl, the realization that she would lose everything important to her and the reality that Carl only wanted a cheap piece of ASS while his wife was in her medical state, which crudely means Carl was not getting any! This was Carl's chance to satisfy his needs regardless who gets hurt or what is lost. The best part which is a reminder for all of us readers to keep and pass on, was Shelly's communication with her husband Cary. Shelly confided in Cary what happened and both worked to repair what happened. That is honesty and good communication and nobody divorced or separated, however we see Carl was the opposite and lost everything including his job.

Love over Lust.

Yes, that's what this was, ultimately. I liked it, a lot.

It's not just the Joy & happiness but, more so, the sharing of sorrows & fighting the struggles together that make for a truly strong relationship. That's the reason why a truly successful reconciliation makes a marriage much more stronger.

A perfect spouse is only for a few lucky ones. What's really needed is a partner who has the strength to accept the mistake & face the consequences. It only comes from a person who, deep down, has a strong moral compass. Being temporarily lost in the fog of vulnerability is not necessarily a sign of a bad sailor.

Each of us is weak & vulnerable on some level. And there are temptations galore in our modern society.

Of course, there's always a difference between a slip & a fall.

And forgiveness is always up to an individuals discretion.

This reminded me of Patricia's 'One Slip'. Somewhat similar & one of my favorites.

Anyway, I, for one, really enjoyed this offering. It's a 5 from me & a favorite.

Thanks for sharing.

Not bad.

I can give her credit for telling the truth but there's no way he should have slept with her the same night. He should have taken some time to think things over.

Decent story

Apologies to you that some prefer a scorched earth ending. Some of the more vocal elements tend to be those wanting the most dramatic responses. Your writing is good and is appreciated.

Perhaps a story that features both ends? One story has a good end, then the next call it "part b" or something that features the bad end? and judge results from there?

Just an idea and good luck.

You did good!

Those who have never loved anyone yell the loudest. They can go pound sand.

I think this was a better ending and you made it believable.

A Little Problem With Story

She had dreams about Carl, was hot for him, and she is the one that seduced him in the studio. She is the one that stayed behind, dressed provactively, and she is the one that blurted out her dream to him. So when he responds to that and says he has dreamt about making love to her as well, why is he all of a sudden the bad guy to her when she had an epiphany and stopped and he wasn't physically aggressive with her but merely tried a time or two to try to talk her into continuing. All of a sudden that is realization to her that he would have been the wrong man to marry. It could have very easily been the other way around. If anything in this scenario she was much more guilty than him because she is the one that initiated it in a big way.

Now, say there was this unfulfilled consumation of first love from years past and the same scenario, but she somehow didn't come to think of Carl as a bad dude, in a perfect world for people that have lifelong marriages they should have been able to have that finality so that question mark would have been fulfilled. Now I say that unemotionally, but if I'm the husband I would not be neutral or understanding in the least, but likely divorce her or have major issue with the whole thing. But say people have 40, 50 year marriages, if they are attractive people (opportunities after all) it seems to unrealistic to expect lifelong monogamy as if some other people won't come in our lives that will really throw our hormones in a loop.

And when the dreams start again?

what will her excuse be then?

Stories like these would make me believe women cave to their sexual urges like one changes a pair of socks.

Life must really be something else when you can have sex just by fluttering your eyelashes.

Thanks Tommy

She was definitely going to do it if she hadn't seen the picture. Close call.

Yay! A happy ending. The bastard is vanquished, and the heroine is saved...

... by her own self.

A very good storyline. For some reason I was drawn in by it; don’t know exactly why. But I was liking it the whole time I read it.

4-stars.

Not for me

The ending was weak just like the husband. Yes, she didnt have sex with him but she still cheated.

AnonymousAnonymousover 3 years ago
Some like it.

My problem is that you create husbands that are always doormats. This was forgivable but very damaging. Her love clicked in at least before she had her outside the marriage slut partners denoument.

you in most of your stories

does the husband agree to knock her cheating ass up as a way to get over her cheating?

Pulled from the jaws of cheating. Well written.

Very good read. Thanks

The husband would be wise to keep her surrounded by pictures of their children whenever he's not around. She could cheat on him but not on their son. Good that she's loyal to someone.

Good story with a close call for the cheating wife.

This story was OK and I can see how Shelly almost threw away her happy marriage for sex with Carl. It truly highlighted the choices we make and the consequences of these choices. She made the right choice and Cary forgave her heavy petting with Carl and was glad she did not fuck him. She is lucky she did not lose his trust. I am not sure many husbands could have forgiven what she did with Carl. She survived what could have been the end of a happy marriage. I only hope in real life that Shelly now can remain true to her husband and her two children. Carl ruined his life and she should have nothing more to do with him. I still give the story five stars as it was another thought-provoking story from a very good author.

“If what I was about to let transpire ever became known to Cary, what would become of our marriage?“. Duh…

AnonymousAnonymous5 months ago

So she didn't cheat because she had a child. NOT because she had a husband she loved and didn't want to hurt him. Certainly not candidate for any wife of the year awards. In real life it's just matter of time until she jumps on a strange cock. Maybe when kid is a little older.
