Just one thing-- Proofread! Simple typo's, spelling and grammar errors just detract from the fine writing.

...I ask because when Sarah went down on him in this chapter, you wrote that she was "Billbing" her head on him, which led me to wonder if that had been an inadvertent result of your having done a global Find/Replace of "Bob" with "Bill" at some point, thus changing "Bobbing" to "Billbing".
