This story, for its brevity, is complex yet is very well organized. The sexual tension is quickly and thoroughly developed, and the climax of the story leaves the reader feeling as satisfied and pleased as the characters.

You lost me when you inserted the third character. From where did "she" come? Who was she? Was she a ghost, a roommate, a stranger he brought in as a surprise, a figment of a sudden onset psychotic episode or just a person you wanted to develop and forgot about in the haste to create a story? The third person who appeared from nowhere, then just as suddenly disappeared like a wraith which goes bump in the night, seriously flawed an otherwise good narrative.
