Get a beta-reader
You need to get a beta-reader and have them look over your work for grammar and consistency. In the first few paragraphs, your point-of-view character goes from being a black woman to a white woman and the male protagonist went from having a nine-inch cock to a sixteen-inch cock.

As has been pointed out, your story background is a little out of whack. What I had noted about your guy; He's 20, a police officer and a grad of the U of Mass? Not a lot of PDs are hiring younger guys (he could just as easily be 28 and still a catch for a 60 year old woman). I have read some of your older stuff and the comments. Are you being outrageous just to throw it back into the faces of those that have rudely attacked you?
