i can soooo relate...

California rain is NOT helping my own damp mood. I really like this read with the exception of the last 2 lines.

Understanding..

I can really relate to this poem.. I have moments that I am so happy and then its like my world crumbles and this blanket of numbness and dark shadows consume me..

You've really captured

what depression feels like. It feels like drowning. I've been there; I'm not there now. Keep writing--it helps, and know that others are rooting for you. Good poem!
