You've done this one so well. The easy approach would have been a more mechanistic outlook, yet you've managed to do this with an air of spiritual solemnity in showing us different elements of time and their events. A most compelling read and, imho, one of your better pieces.

Patches of time
You have weaved the abstract theme of time through those semi independent pieces (I have yet to fully examine their inter relations) and the outcome a collage of different statements converting from different angels. To me the challenge (in a good way) is the effort to synthesize the whole. But what you are left with even after the first read is a strong need to read again and again. I enjoyed the combination of thought and emotion. Just the way I like it.

You just stroll through reality with composure, secure in what you do, seeming to effortlessly produce perfect portraits of human moments in eternity.
This must be the most accomplished allusion to 9/11 I have yet seen. Nothing cloying or emotionally confused spoils the image--just time stilled as the mind is stilled by those falling bodies frozen in time for as long as people who remember it still live. Well done.
