Oh my — deliciously naughty and now I'm salivating more than for a mere dinner.

Are you out of your mind? There is a strict limit to the level of sweetnetnss I could safely consume in sweet nectars as such...

But what I like best about this poem is the incomplete last line. That sort of leaves the whole scene hanging in the imagination. The one thing that bothered me a bit was what seems like a shift in view: "Supine in anticipation" seems to be from the woman's viewpoint, but the rest of the poem is a more abstracted viewpoint, though more from the man's POV. I think. :-) No matter. Funny, and rather sexy little poem.
