Missing or looking for more?

I found what I was longing for -an original expression of emotions in stanzas 3-5. I found there yearning for true connection which rises beyond needs and fears (portrayed by strong sensual images.)With The first two stanzas and the last I found more familiar expressions of yearning and praise to the missing beloved. One way or the other it is an intriguing poem.

good work

"vanilla dust of your desire" is the sort of "poetic" phrase my old professor would have railed against, but I found it nicely evocative. Nice job.
