I enjoy poems with spit and vitriol and I really enjoyed this one. However, if this poem is aimed at the person who left a comment on your last poem saying it was crap, you'd probably be better off smoking dope and drinking whiskey. Clean living is bad for the nervous sytem and shortens your life and I recently read an article saying poets tend to live rather short lives. Much as I really like this poem, I felt the same about your last poem as your detractor but I wouldn't have said it but more menapausal vitriol, broken teeth and bitchy rage. I love it.

is that many people who post work here just want blind praise. and when the get an unfavorable comment, they whine and whine and say, oh it was anonymous so it doesn't count, oh shame on anonymous!!!!

and then, should someone leave an unfavorable comment but SIGN it, oh well, then the vitriol just rolls off the tongue and into the new poems list so everyone can pity the poor wounded poet.

so, what does a poet do when they cannot blame anonymous anymore? they post a poem like this, which, as BB said, is much better than the other one, which was so full of cutesy little lines like write subbed for right, reminded me of that crap impressive used to post and still posts as alessia brio.

you people post this stuff, you need to grow a thicker skin so when someone with the balls to sign a "bad" comment comes along and says hey wait, the emperor is naked, um, I mean, this poem sucks, you don't lose all your confidence and cry out, oh poor me, someone please pity me... get over it, if you want blind praise, email your poems to your mommie
