I'll have to go with an assumption here, but I think I am right about this one. Clearing my throat first. Oh young lovers, why do you complain, when you are in such a hurry to cook on the highest flame your delicate new love? Of course you burn it; of course you hurt, alas, we all behaved like you, when we were where you are… only years later we learned to let our loves simmer steady and slow so that they'll truly rise! See, now I made myself hungry for a soufflé (or at least an omelet). I enjoyed the imagery and the power they conveyed otherwise it seems your learning curve is already on the rise…

Man..this is so great..all the love vampires we have to put up with..the knifers in the heart, you can trust me honest to god you can--and Soshised nails 'em in the solar plexus--words to keep in mind--we learn with every hurt-with every mind and heart fuck--this is so fine a poem--its got knive in it for sure..and the rat trap gets honed..and there is just down low as far as a person can be pushed--and you got it right--poem says reckoning day draws near-not even meant perhaps--but what all the others sowed..the last knifer will reap..and it isn't perfect revenge..but its nice on bleedy awful days like the poem gets pepto bismol right--its nice on days like that for thinking it, and reading this poem for sure--thank you for getting the hurt and the courage and the fight back just right--
