i like your writing and the characters in your stories, but you have a penchant for leaving us hanging...finishing the story, but letting us know that it's not quite finished. that drives me crazy and i see it works on your other readers because you crave to know more about the characters. i like!

Ahrg...where's the rest of the tale? There should be more with these 2 characters. We need to know if the ever reconnect, especially with your hint of how lonely Mike Harley is. I think your readers want a happy ending. You writing is good. Fleshing out the characters more would be nice. I hope you'll come back and share more of your stories with us.
Seriously though, this can not be the very end of this story, it's just barely started. Mike needs him to come back and fill that lonely void that he has in his heart and life. I seriously do hope that your not done writing this story. You're an imazing writer, see how passionate I am about this, (hopefully) still unfolding story? You've drawn me in and hooked me! I absolutely love the flow of your writing and how you've described the characters, their personality shines through in the words that you use, it's very natural and that in turn makes them all that much more realistic. One of my fantasies has always been to be stopped by a good-looking, well-packaged, barrel-chested cop who would just have to take me back to the station house for questioning.
