A fine effort for someone's first submission. The fact that it's true and from a woman makes it even better. Sorry about the loss of your husband- good people in good marriages are a rare thing these days. Definately let us know what else happens. And as far as what you've become now- I'd say that you're only coming out of a very difficult point in your life and now your learning something new. It may be a cliche, but Life does indeed go on.
