At the divorce settlement, you brought in the name David a couple of times. Was that a slip, or did I miss another participant there?

Um, er...would you believe Douglas? Yep. Towards the end of writing (and no I wan't bored as alleged by another reader)I changed David's name to Douglas and missed changing a couple when reviewing the text. My usual incompetence. Sorry. Enjoyable story
I enjoyed how you had me continually guessing who Douglas was going to end up with. I did feel a little "cheated" that someone new was brought into the mix late in the story, but it also makes sense that someone new would be needed for Douglas to settle with.

i liked most of the story, but the ending was rushed and well, that kinda spoiled things for me. 75 for the rest of the story though.
Infuriating
If you would ever overcome your shyness and actually finish this story, I would give it a '5.5". In lieu of a worthy ending, I can only rate it a mere "3.4". Of course, in this grading system, that results in a puny "3". You are a far better better writer and author than your stories give evidence to...all due to no endings on them.
