Near the end of Ch. 01 you wrote, "Robby told me that Paul had really changed over the past year. Paul now went by the name of Paula and he dressed like a woman. Robby went on to tell me that Paul had started talking female hormones and that he truly did look like a woman." At that point, Paul/Paula is undergoing gender reassignment. She is taking female hormones and living her life as a woman and is a transsexual, NOT a male transvestite, who is dressing and acting like a woman temporarily, while living his daily life as a man. You seem to be confusing the two different lifestyles. Paula is a transsexual WOMAN, and yet, when Paula arrives, you kept using the terms "him", "his" and "he" to refer to her.
It shows a lack of understanding for what it means to be a transsexual, which is not a good thing when you are including a character who is supposed to be a transsexual.
Plus, the frequent use of "him", "his" and "he" to refer to Tony and Robby, too, (often using them to refer to two, or all three people in the same sentence) made for a very confusing and therefore unsatisfying read.
