The author has either never been to college with a Greek community or hasn't been involved for some reason. Most students could never afford to support a "sweetheart", as Jeff described, even with resource pooling. And, I doubt any campus would allow a girl to live full-time in a frat house. That said, the story could've used considerable editting. It's chock full of errors. Interesting sex scene, though.

This is one of the best presented premises for a story that I've come across on this site, my only suggestion would be to slow it down a little and go into further detail of her seduction and her internal struggle with shame she's experiencening from the joy of being used like a whore. The turning came way to quickly. This is a story that should have between 4 to 6 chapters and levels of degradation with acceptance coming near the end
