In my university days, one of my many friends had a really tight. Once a group of us was having a coffee break. Someone asked him whether he had a girlfriend.

"No i don't have a girlfriend, i have my landlady."

"You are joking, man, right?"

"No, i am serious."

"Yes. You see i give her all my money, she takes care of me, i take care of her."
