This writer has what it takes to put a good tale together. Story was well balanced and had all the required parts. This story has the potential to be a series... as the author has left that opening... Good luck on future works.

There's some potential here, I just don't know if it's this story or the writer herself.

I'm leaning towards the author with the potential. As the story stands, it's a quick read of a very formulaic vamp tale. Nothing to write home about. But as a previous commentator stated, it's balanced, with well written prose and dialogue.

I think if the writer expands her imagination, she could really gift readers with something special and unique.
