This story is very teasingly suspenseful, IMO. I wish the car wash scenario had been more elaborate. The lack of the frontal portion of the massage was a bit disappointing. But the competitive aspect of the story worked well.

If my brother-in-law wasn't such a stick-in-the-mud, I wonder if my sister and I might be able to have a vacation like this. ;)

Not just a stroke story - but it works on that level, too.
