i know the boss lady is a "butch" but whats with a girl named Josh? I thought it was distracting and weird.

As far as names go, I'm a lesbian, and I have met many butch women who go by male names. My best friend is a butch lesbian who goes by the name Vic, short for Victoria. It's not unusual, and the comment before mine shows that that person isn't around or familiar with lesbians at all. Not all lesbians are femmes, unlike most of the stories on this site. Too many skirt-wearing and stocking-wearing lezs in the stories on this site, when that is not necessarily true in real life.
