Not sure you know the definition of a sociopath, surely you can't communicate it in your 'story'. What you don't explain are the sociopathic actions that these women take. How are we to know that they are what you say or think. If this was your attempt to show us that he himself is the sociopath, well, it's nuanced but really not quite there.
Plus no sex! What's up with that?
