... not funny per se, BUT this story put a big smile upon my face! Well done!

Very short...

And not nearly enough depth to the characters or the storyline. It felt like I started reading in the middle of a story and didn't get to the end. I love romance stories but this was not romantic at all to me. It left me very unsatisfied. I've given you 25% for the actual writing but I found the story itself quite bad.

....I kinda think that was the point. It was a cute, harmless, feel good kinda of story. At first I wondered about the woman, but once he started his attack, and it was kinda a hidden one, it made me go "Aaaawwwww" to.

Scorpio has always been one of the most talented writers we have, but his older material was often very intense. Lately, ever since he added the a to his sign, he seems to have mellowed, and his writing is better for it. I know what he means about those who believe in romance being able to believe in fairy tales. Those of us who have been lucky enough to have a true soul mate know that it is something that is guided by the fates. I've been with mine for over 25 years and I wouldn't trade her for any woman on the planet.

This is one of those stories that are so good that the reader wants more but, let's face it, it really isn't necessary. This story stands on its own merits. I must agree with Jack_Straw - ever since you added 'a' to your "nom de plum", you have mellowed, and you writing is better for it. Pete.

Less than 5 minutes before my boss was due to walk in for an hour long session on NPI Values streams I read this story and was in trouble heh.
