Guys like the Loan Officer are scum. Any man that misuses the 'power' that his position in any work place affords him needs to be "caught in the act" so to speak... sent to jail (with Bubba as his roommate) and made to suffer what he puts his victims through.

The "little guys" - repair people, janitorail staff, bottom rung security guards - nobody really pays attention to them, but they often know what's happening before anyone else. They hear what the higher ups say because of the attitude of "It's just the janitor." And that gets them into big trouble.
reminds my of a Hollywood saying I heard decades ago
Advice to a star: "Be nice to the little people on your way up. You'll meet them again on your way down."
