It takes a different direction or signs of cracks in the relationship. I love the 'A Girl Called Sami' series, but when I read the description I thought this part in the series was going to take a turn. I thought through the series and it was or is leading up to Sami and Bonnie becoming official or develop into a long term relationship. Even though I didn't like the look of the description I read this part of 'A Girl Called Sami'. I thought Sami should have gone with Bonnie to the funeral. I didn't like Bonnie thoughts about the male reporter and Sami's 'date' with Ashley. I have big hopes for chapter 13. Again I love the series, please keep them coming, and maybe I am over thinking chapter 12.
