Changing gender...
shouldn't affect the story if it's clear that the main character is a woman in a D/s relationship. Lots of women in D/s relationships use different gender pronouns. But I guess I can understand why someone else might find it distracting. The story was written for my Puppy and she calls me Sir so I don't find it problematic at all.
