could have used a proofreader - lots of grammatical errors and such. also very "clinical," like a doctor describing what he's going to do. The part where he tells her everything he WILL do to her gives away the surprises in the story. And words like rectum and colon should be used very sparingly, in my opinion... they're just too technical. Just my opinion.
