I think there's only one reason I keep reading and that's because you know how to feed my curiousity with those cliff-hangers, haha.
You seem to write a lot about pregnancy, abortion, miscarriages, morning sickness and hormones. I didn't really know that because when I first started reading your stories it was because of the romance. I might understand if it's the rush of pregnancy and labour that makes you feel happy and excited (I hear giving birth releases a huge amount of hormones that make mothers high).
I really think you could expand the focus of your stories from the women and attract more readers. Maybe you don't want to do that if you just want to focus mainly on pregnancies, but I think you can do that and get a wider interest. Build up your characters' pasts, and talk about their future aims, ambitions, hopes and dreams. Everything seems spur of the moment... which has nothing wrong with it but can seem one dimensional too often.

Its all seems to be going around in circles, now its Clairs and Cals turn .. got to admit you had me grinning thru the first two series in some of the sex scene. No foreplay, one kiss and he was putting it in her thrust thrust and they both orgasm. Damn im laughing now. The stories had become a lil immature for me but... well its your storys so keep on writing and best of luck..
