Menstration has got to be hell not to mention childbirth, that 'HIGH' analogy helps me to get some kind of idea how it feels to go through that, but damn every month. Thanks, that was a very tender chapter.

I agree with Eric; it was a very tender chapter, and to see that sort of compassion, comfort and consideration extended by a gigolo (even though he is falling in love with her) to a client is something special. And, by the way, every 28 days is not nearly as bad as when it occurs sporatically and never in the same sequence of dates, as it was with my first wife who suffered from endometreosis and later succumbed to ovarian cancer as a related result.
