Good ending. I really didn't think of that as a possibility. :) I think an editor would have helped here; especially in the beginning, your verb tense is all over the place. Present, then past, then something else. I'm not sure what tense you wanted, and it wouldn't matter, so long as it was consistent. But very sweet. ;)
