hmmm
so i really love your stories, but i have to say this one bothered me a little. I mean, why the hell did no one arrest jack or his dad AGES ago, if jack had been abusing women and there was some evidence that the dad killed the mum then why where they not in jail? also why did the sheriff help them escape instead of arresting jack?
anyway other than that (and i do understand that in the interest of story development you needed the bad guys) it was a great story.
hope this isnt interpreted as a bitchy comment, its not how it was intended, i just wanted to share my thoughts :)
