More like he packs his things and never goes back. Goes to the lawyers the next day and sues for divorce and lists sexual assault as the reason. After all he had a witness to testify on his behalf or face jail time herself. HE keep most of the money and wifey got dumped. Too bad, so sad. What a bitch.
