Incredibly Gifted!
This story really draws you to the main character and brings you into his emotions. It is so beautifully written and I was infact in tears at the end of it. You are indeed gifted to write in such a manner and would like to wish you good luck with this story and future writing!
It messes with my tear ducts and heart strings. I guess that most falls from power do begin with a single case of abusing power where the victim just refuses to silently disappear. The sensible thing is what keeps the hateful in power. They can just sit back and wait for us to be sensible. But our hero had nothing to be sensible about. This story also comes from the cowboy tradition. I am sure that Clint Eastwood could make an interesting film out of it!

This is quite incredible and inventive. I thought in the beginning it was going to be a Rambo type story but it turned out quite differently. The author did a great job with description and emotion. The end seemed rushed or an epilogue would've cleaned up for the reader an expansive view of the revenge or justice from the grave.
I can't say this was a good story. but I can say you have a good idea that needs to be fleshed out. There is something here but it needs more work than I'm willing to give it.
i understand the concept of capturing dreams. It only makes sense to those who lived them. Next time apply real time concepts to the dream. add some weight to the characters and especially the interaction with the ghost. Allow the hero to live a life and make some determinations on the course of the story.
Finally, address the "idea" to the board. There are people who would help bring this story to a fruitful read rather than a hodge-podge of recollection of a dream
