Confusing point of views. Started off in 3rd person, and then finished off in the 1st person? I was almost two fingers deep, when I had to stop touching my swollen little kitty because I got frustrated and confused by the switch. Keep it in the 3rd person, like someone watching me be blindfolded and taken like that!

The change of narrative from the treated to the non-husband man (Mark) is confusing and unnecessary.
