If a white supremacist were trying to subtly ramp up tension and fan white resentment in the hope of gaining recruits, this is just the sort of thing he'd write (pretending to be black in his online persona). Samuelx is probably genuine, though. A white supremacist would likely stick in more slang and poor spelling and grammar to try to "sell" the fake identity.
