I like the development of their relationship. I know these stories are tough to write well. Go too much into the mechanics of bonking and it's another stroke story. I think that he should induce lactation in Gretchen then get her pregnant. Also most Doctors do not let breastfeeding moms back on the pill right away because it can dry up the milk in a good number of women, so Emily may already be pregnant.
