One little piece of reality....

...at a time.Add that The term "Jap flag the sheets" refers to the usual results of menstrual sex.

At any time any 'foreign object' is inserted into

a vagina the fem is no longer a 'virgin' - what that object is does not matter, even if it's a tampon. I agree with that though it is not entirely physiology, it's also anatomical.

Five stars

Informative. Corona, not hymen.

Really?

I always thought the folds of tissue act as the 'obstruction'. It's nice to have some clarification.

And isn't bleeding normal? If it doesn't stain the sheets, doesn't it stain the penis at least? I know that women don't bleed buckets, but a little tearing during the first time can lead to smears, at least, right?

Just questions(:

This article reminds me that I need to have more intimate heart-to-hearts with my friends. LOL.

Thanks for clearing that up

I always wondered how menstrual blood could flow if the hymen was intact. Pain and blood flow being associated more with lack of lubrication during a deflowering rather than breaking apart tissue explains another thing I've always wondered about. You have also explained why a tampon can easily be inserted by a virgin, the blood is the lubrication. Thanks!

Not completely accurate

Don't take my word for it. Google the word hymen. There are basically five types; normal (as described above) imperforate (completely closed), microperforate (small hole), cribiform (multiple small holes and septate (usually two large holes with a 'bridge" down the center.

You can also search on many porn sites for 'defloration' videos that show the hymen in real life..

Also, google "does breaking the hymen cause bleeding" for a more accurate description by qualified medical personnel.
